One Word Photo Challenge: Melon

I’ve gone with literal rather than a colour match for Jennifer’s one word photo challenge theme of melon.

My neighbour popped over with a chunk of watermelon the other week because he had bought one that was too big for them to eat it all.

My dining table has a large window running beside it.  I know that it should provide a great source of natural light for still life style photos but am still figuring out when the best time of day is and what to use for backgrounds.
